FARM-RAISED CLAMS FROM PRISTINE WATERS

Aquagems are grown by a dedicated network of clam farmers committed to providing a consistent supply of premium farm-raised hard shell clams at stable, competitive prices. The majority of the farm sites are on Florida's east coast, in aquatic preserve waters near the Sebastian Inlet, or on the west coast in the Cedar Key and Horseshoe Beach areas. The numerous farming locations enable us to provide our customers with a consistent year-round supply of top quality product. Our clams are carefully monitored from the hatchery to harvest and beyond. Aquagems are also:

• Harvested on order.
• Purged and tumble-washed.
• Graded by size and packaged according to customer specifications.
• Tagged with the exact growing sites and sent out by air or refrigerated truck within 24-hours after harvest.

You can be assured your shipment will be fresh, tasty, clean and grit free--fifty two weeks a year. You can rely on Aquagems to bring a satisfied smile to your customer's face.


FOX ISLAND MUSSELS

Fox Island Mussels are grown in the clear, fiord like waters of Maritime Canada. The nutrient rich, icy clean waters provide ideal conditions for the cultivation of mussels. These rope-cultivated Blue Mussels are in high demand because of their taste, appearance and exceptional shelf life. The consistency and quality of Fox Island Mussels explains their growing popularity and our continued customer satisfaction.

Fox Island Mussels strictly adhere to the inspection regulations enforced by the Department of Fisheries & Oceans, and the Department of Fisheries & Aquaculture for the
monitoring of quality. In addition to the standards of these two agencies, our rigorous quality management program ensures our customers the finest product possible.
